Requirements & Forms

Our boarding services offer all the comforts of home including attentive staff, individual playtime, veterinary medical services if needed, and, of course, extra treats!

Boarding is available for our current clients only. All pets must have had a full wellness exam with one of our veterinarians within the last 12 months to board.

Boarding Requirements

To attend boarding, all pets must be up-to-date on the following vaccines, tests, and exams:

Dogs:

Annual Wellness Exam with one of our veterinarians (in the last 12 months)
DHLPP (Distemper) Vaccine
Rabies Vaccine
Leptospirosis (annually)
Bordetella (bi-annually)
Canine Influenza Vaccine (CIV)
Annual Negative Fecal Test (stool sample)
Annual 4DX
Must be on heartworm and flea/tick preventative

Cats:

Annual Wellness Exam with one of our veterinarians (in the last 12 months)
Distemper (FVRCP)
Rabies Vaccine
Annual Negative Fecal Test (stool sample)
Must be on heartworm and flea/tick preventative

Exotic Pets:

Annual Wellness Exam with one of our veterinarians (in the last 12 months)
